Weekly Reflection - Week 3

It was a week, full of observations..............                            On Monday, i took class as usual. Since there was teacher in the class the students doesn’t make much noise, otherwise i am spending half of my energy to control the class.  In the afternoon, Bobby sir came for observation, to see the health education class. There were no substitution classes to take the heath education lesson. Sir asked me to ask the teachers and adjust the period. Then I requested to the class teacher of 9 D, to give me the IT period to take the health education class and the teacher agreed. Thus I took class in 6 th period. The students were so co-operative and active in the class.  I felt happy after the class. Bobby sir criticised me about the mass answering of the students in the class itself. Bad day... feeling irritated... what he thought of himself... i won’t bare his misogynistic attitude..... Why should I  ?? What did he think of himself??                   A teacher should be a guide…. Yes… a teacher should be… but sometimes there should be some exceptions… regarding the students we have to deal with…. I don’t believe in the philosophy of putting hands on the shoulder and talking with the students…. I also don’t believe in that ... there is a difference between a lady teacher and a male teacher….
