School internship started….

School internship started….

The school internship was started on15th nov.2017.  The school which is assigned to me is St. Johns. H.S.S., .Mattam, which was the venue of sub district youth festival this year……… we were a group of Students, from different departments were allotted to the school. there were no classes in these three days due to youth festival......

The first two days in the school were very uncomfortable, the main reason for the difficulty is travelling and the second major reason is that the sub-district youth festival is conducting in the school… I don’t know whether we reached at the school in a good time or bad time…. The first day was really horrible… we don’t know what to do… we were in a mess…. We just wandered in the school unknowingly what to do… then some of them suggested to go an find out the assigned classes for each one of us… since it is a big school … we have to walk  sometime to reach from one building to another building…. Finally by 11 o’ clock we find out all our assigned classes… some of them were happy … some of them were unhappy...

After that again we were in a confused state as to what to do…. then a teacher trainee from another training college came and said that, we can go to different halls and can assist the teachers who were in charge of writing competitions…. We (chinchu and me) went to a hall where Hindi writing competitions were in progress… we introduced ourselves to the teacher and get permission to assist them…. After sometime … one of our group member came an asked me to meet my teacher in charge of the school… we left the hall and went to meet the teacher… she gave me some instructions regarding the portions which I have to deal in the class 9 C. it’s time for lunch… but Bobby sir came to the school to know about the situation in the school… we all had a little talk with him… he introduced us to Varghese Pothen sir…. he also asked him to assign us with some duties….

After lunch … we were assigned with canteen duty…. In the canteen stall, I met my former teacher, Prashanth sir, who taught me in 12th standard. Happy to see him… and we had a lengthy chat about all these years… after sometime,,,, we get busy with the work… but I can’t stay there up to 5 o’ clock or 6 o’ clock… travelling and bus time is a major difficulty…. I explained to sir about the difficulty and get the permission to leave the stall by 3.45 pm. And we get out the school…. Suddenly a call came and that was from one of our group members and she wants us to complete the assigned duties…. We said that we were out of the school… but still she wants us to complete the work… thus we went back to the school… but we can’t able to figure out where they are…. It is a very big school…. Thus we waited for them up to   4.30 pm… almost all our group members left the school … still we waiting for a bus in the bus stop… finally a bus came… an I reached my home by 6.30pm…… really tired…. I felt very disturbed… due to some reasons….

The second day in the school (16/11/2017) that was a better day …. We felt more comfortable… there  we met a group of energetic students …who run the canteen stall to collect the money to build a home for a student who has no home…..  We also met a group of energetic teachers and PTA members who worked really hard for the cause,    we were in charge of the hall this day…we left the school by 4 o’ clock…

The third day (17/11/2017)… it was also a good day…. We were so busy and work load was at its peak point … but we really enjoyed the day… met a lot of innocent faces......

now, what all I remembers is that…..
               “chechi….. 2 lemon vellam….
                Teacher  2 chaya… 2 bonda…
                 anti … 2 aattakkappam”

and finally “ da ente kaaryam allam ee akka nookkikkollum”.
